Clients Say ...

"Excellent facilitation – gave autonomy when we needed it; assertive when we needed that too"

"A big thank you from all of us for your excellent facilitation; ego-free, gave autonomy when we needed it, assertive when we needed that too, and always engaging (in the traditional sense of the word)."

David Hepburn – Head of Training & Development at RSPB

"Right balance between allowing people time and space to express themselves and moving the agenda along"

"Many thanks Antoinette. Notes looks comprehensive as ever and will be a useful basis for follow-up actions.  I thought you did an excellent job again facilitating the day in a way which managed to get the right balance between allowing people time and space to express themselves and moving the agenda along when we wandered off the point too much (and yes you can use that in testimonials if you like!). I do hope that we can work together again and I would certainly recommend you to others."

Martin Cox, University of Newcastle Upon Tyne

"Developed a real sense of collective direction and purpose."

"Overall, the awayday was a very positive experience for our board.  It developed a real sense of collective direction and purpose which is a fantastic outcome.  I particularly appreciated Antoinette’s excellent preparation, speaking to as many participants as possible to clarify their expectations and desired outcomes."

Dave Belshaw, NEMHDU

"I particularly valued the practical focus."

"I particularly valued the practical focus of the team coaching.  We used this to help identify our collective priorities and open opportunities for challenge about others.  We have identified each other’s strengths and committed to support one another and ’lend’ those strengths where possible.  We have also agreed how to communicate when we need more direction from one another and how to try to resolve things when we clash."

Amanda Miller, Northern England Regional Director, RSPB
